- Staff spent most of January manually chasing clients for missing paperwork, then re-typing figures from PDFs into their system.
- What we built
- An automation that reads incoming documents, extracts the figures, flags what's missing and emails the client automatically — with a human approving every send.
- The result
- 14 hours a week returned to fee-earning work, and a January that no longer requires overtime.
